Bios - Life Long Learning Centre offers two teacher training courses which are included in the EU Grundtvig/ Comenius database. This means that participants from European countries (except Cyprus) can apply for a Grundtvig/Comenius grant covering fees, travel and subsistence cost.

Shoot, Cut & Upload - Creating audiovisual material for foreign language teaching

12/06-17/06/2012, Cyprus

A course for teachers of foreign languages taking place 3 times a year in Cyprus. This course offers the opportunity to learn more about how to create and use your own audiovisual teaching material using digital cameras and PC editing programmes.

Interactive media for "interactive" teaching and learning

12/06-17/06/2012, Cyprus 

In this course teachers will learn how to use interactive media such as films, social media, the internet etc. in their teaching in order to increase learner autonomy and motivation.
